WHAT WE DO
We run, jump, climb, push, pull, lift, press, squat, carry, throw, and catch. We do so utilizing OUR ENTIRE BODY; not isolating a certain muscle group. Every workout involves compound, multi-joint exercises. From the explosive strength and power benefits of Olympic and Powerlifting to the balance/coordination/agility skills of rudimentary gymnastics, Crossfit Brigade incorporates only the methods, principles and concepts of modalities that have proven the test of time. The sessions are constantly varied and the intensity and resistance is adapted to each individual’s current fitness level, regardless of conditioning and experience level.
OUR GOAL IS PERFORMANCE
Frequency, round/circuit times, distance, work/rest ratio and intensity are all measured, observed and repeated. This information is your personal motivational tool for your next attempt when benchmark workouts are revisited.
WHY GROUP TRAINING
Group Training offers a high level of personal attention with the addition of positive peer influence. Natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport yield competition and intensity that is unparalleled. You are motivated to push harder in a group dynamic. Can’t emphasize enough how much more I get out of working out with my “team.” That said, we still offer personal training sessions if that’s what you prefer. We are going to be offering free Saturday workouts over the summer which is another great way to see how you like it. Everything is scalable to any ability. No experience is required.
