Welcome to CrossFit Brigade’s 2013 New Year’s Nutrition Challenge
Here you will find all of the information you need to start our challenge and discover a new stronger, leaner, healthier you!
Step 1: Register for the event by clicking here.
Step 2: Download and read the rules here. For a great primer on paleo check out the Beginners Guide to Pales by Nerd Fitness HERE. Go by the Rules doc for the challenge, the Beginner’s Guide is just more info on clean eating.
Step 3: Clean our your kitchen and hit the grocery store!
Step 4: Take before pictures (front, back, and side).
Step 5: Take your measurements as described in the rules document.
Step 6: 24 hours after registration, look for your name to this document and begin tracking your points. HINT: Bookmark this page – you will need it daily.
